The Health Data Strategy team is at the forefront of transforming clinical data capabilities to enhance value-based care models and drive digital health innovation. We are searching for a passionate and experienced Senior DevOps Analyst to join our team, reporting to the Senior Manager of the Health Data Strategy IT Team. In this pivotal role, you will become the go-to subject matter expert in technology products and platform features, continuously expanding your skills and knowledge. Your enthusiasm for driving significant healthcare improvements will inspire you to engage in various Agile activities beyond your conventional role. Knowledge & Experience A bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience. At least 5 years of directly related professional experience with proven technical expertise in one or more primary products, programs, or technologies. Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and technical teams. Strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities. Demonstrated experience collaborating with development and operations teams to enhance the product delivery lifecycle. Experience in documenting Agile workflows and processes. Proficient in utilizing the Atlassian suite of products. Fundamental technical knowledge, including adherence to architectural design, development standards, security policies, and sustainable design practices.
