We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a memorable experience for all guests.
*Duties*
* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
* Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking drink orders and providing recommendations.
* Monitor guest consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service.
* Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when applicable.
* Uphold health and safety regulations, including food handling practices.
*Skills*
* Proficiency in food handling and knowledge of hospitality best practices.
* Experience in food service within fine dining or the food industry is preferred.
* Familiarity with brewing techniques and cocktail preparation is an asset.
* Ability to thrive in a restaurant or nightclub setting while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and engagement.
* Experience using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
