Your daily tasks will involve careful handling of inventory, ensuring correct items are selected, and that packages are securely prepared for transit. Adherence to all Safety regulations and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Verify order accuracy before sealing and labeling packages.
- Operate manual equipment for moving and organizing goods.
- Maintain an organized and clean workstation and warehouse area.
- Strictly adhere to all Safety policies and procedures.
- Always use appropriate PPE as required by the task and environment.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
- Contribute to team efforts to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- This role requires frequent Lifting of packages, up to 45 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform frequent bending, stooping, and Lifting.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to protocols.
- Basic understanding of logistics and inventory management.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
