St. Louis, Missouri, is looking for experienced Forklift Operators to join our leading logistics team! If you are a safety-conscious and skilled operator, this is the perfect opportunity for you. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for efficiently moving materials throughout our warehouse, loading and unloading trucks, and ensuring accurate inventory placement. Your primary focus will be on maintaining a safe and productive work environment while operating powered industrial trucks. This role involves regular pre-operation checks of the forklift and adherence to all traffic and safety regulations within the facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to perform physical tasks, including significant Lifting. A valid forklift certification and proven experience are mandatory. We expect all team members to wear the required PPE. Join our team and contribute to the seamless operation of our logistics hub.
Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move, stack, and retrieve materials.
- Load and unload products from trucks and trailers.
- Perform routine inspections of forklift equipment before and after use.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movement.
- Ensure all materials are stored properly and safely.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines.
- Wear all required PPE at all times.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating a forklift.
- Valid forklift operator certification.
- Ability to perform heavy Lifting.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols.
- Familiarity with logistics operations.
- Must wear required PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
