We are looking for enthusiastic Fulfillment Associates to join our busy distribution center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be central to our mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of orders. Your role will encompass a variety of tasks, including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders with precision, and preparing shipments for dispatch. This position requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, and a strong commitment to Safety. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values efficiency and accuracy in all aspects of our logistics operations. Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick customer orders efficiently and accurately from designated warehouse locations.
- Inspect items for quality and damage before packing.
- Pack orders securely and appropriately for shipment, ensuring protection during transit.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipping.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety regulations and guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Perform tasks involving frequent Lifting of items up to 45 lbs.
- Contribute to the smooth functioning of our logistics processes.
- Promote a culture of Safety and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or similar role is preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring speed, accuracy, and physical dexterity.
- Capacity for frequent Lifting of up to 45 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse Safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic understanding of logistics workflows.
- Commitment to maintaining a Safe and productive workplace.
