Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials and products.
- Accurately store and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders with precision based on order specifications.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks).
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse floor and work areas.
- Strictly follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a warehouse environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Must be comfortable standing, walking, and moving for the duration of the shift.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
- Reliability and punctuality are critical.
- A dedication to safety and the proper use of PPE is required.
- Familiarity with basic logistics concepts is beneficial.
