Join our dynamic team as a Fulfillment Associate in Provo, Utah! This position is central to our e-commerce logistics, focusing on accurately and efficiently picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our customers receive their products in excellent condition and within promised timelines. Safety is a top priority, and all associates are expected to adhere to strict safety protocols and wear the required PPE. We are looking for individuals who are meticulous, energetic, and eager to contribute to a high-performing logistics environment.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse inventory to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for shipment.
- Operate scanning equipment to track inventory and order status.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace, adhering to safety standards.
- Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming inventory.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and audits.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is a plus.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Capability to lift and move items up to 35 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety best practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
