Join our growing team as a Fulfillment Associate in Madison, Wisconsin! This role is essential to our operations, focusing on efficiently picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for accurately locating items within the warehouse, ensuring product quality, and packaging them securely for delivery. This position requires individuals who are energetic, possess excellent attention to detail, and are committed to upholding high standards of accuracy and efficiency. You will work collaboratively with other team members to meet daily order fulfillment targets. A strong understanding of warehouse operations and a commitment to Safety are key. This role involves moderate physical activity, including frequent Lifting, and the consistent use of required PPE. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced logistics environment.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Inspect items for damage or defects before packaging.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information.
- Operate various warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock put-away processes.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards.
- Must be able to handle regular Lifting of items up to 30 pounds.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret pick lists and order details.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Basic math skills.
- Familiarity with Safety procedures in a warehouse setting.
- Experience in logistics environments is beneficial.
