Join our growing logistics team as a Warehouse Associate in Raleigh, North Carolina! We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable individuals to contribute to our efficient warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include receiving and processing incoming stock, accurately picking and packing customer orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. This role is fundamental to maintaining the smooth flow of goods within our facility and ensuring timely deliveries. We are committed to providing a safe working environment, and all associates must strictly follow safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE). This physically active position requires the ability to perform frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs. You will also be involved in inventory counts and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to order specifications.
- Stage products for shipping and ensure proper labeling.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stocktaking.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks safely.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to follow all safety regulations and wear PPE.
- Good communication skills.
Compensation:
This Warehouse Associate position offers an hourly wage of $17.00. We provide a positive work environment and opportunities for professional development within the logistics industry.
