Responsibilities:
- Receive, store, pick, and pack materials accurately.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery safely.
- Load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring careful handling of goods.
- Maintain inventory records and perform cycle counts as directed.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Follow all established Safety rules and company policies.
- Wear and utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) consistently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient logistics operations.
- Inspect equipment before use and report any issues.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed to support the team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or material handling role is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment.
- Good understanding of Safety protocols in a warehouse setting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Team player with good communication abilities.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
