Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Sort and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately based on customer requirements.
- Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Load and unload trucks for outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stocktaking.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed, following all safety guidelines.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE and safe lifting techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations and logistics.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to safety and willingness to follow instructions.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
