Job Summary:
Are you ready to be a key player in our fulfillment process? We are seeking motivated Fulfillment Associates to join our vibrant team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role is fundamental to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including picking items, packing them with care, and preparing them for shipment. Success in this role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to quality. Our company prioritizes a safe and efficient work environment, providing all necessary PPE and comprehensive training to ensure your well-being and productivity. This position involves constant movement within the warehouse and may require Lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Understanding basic Logistics principles will be beneficial. Responsibilities include:
  • Accurately picking customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
  • Packing items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
  • Verifying order accuracy before packing and shipping.
  • Applying shipping labels and preparing packages for transit.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Achieving daily performance targets for picking and packing.
  • Adhering to all company Safety policies and procedures.
  • Properly wearing and utilizing required PPE , such as safety vests and footwear.
  • Assisting with inventory tasks as directed.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and achieve team goals.

Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is a plus, but not a requirement, as we provide extensive on-the-job training.
