Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associates to join our busy warehouse in Detroit, Michigan. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that orders are fulfilled quickly and correctly, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. This position requires a high level of accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will also be involved in receiving inbound shipments, stocking shelves, and maintaining an organized inventory. We are committed to the safety of our team, and you will be provided with all necessary PPE and trained on proper safety procedures. The role involves significant physical activity, including frequent Lifting of items up to 30 lbs and standing for extended periods. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
  • Label and stage packages for shipment according to carrier requirements.
  • Receive and inspect inbound inventory, verifying quantities and condition.
  • Stock shelves and maintain inventory accuracy within the warehouse.
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing required PPE.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.
  • Contribute to team goals and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management.
  • Willingness to follow safety guidelines and wear PPE.
