Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
- Stock received items in their designated locations within the warehouse.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanning devices or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Strictly adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Contribute to overall logistics efficiency through diligent work and teamwork.
- Report any operational issues or discrepancies to supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, and lifting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Willingness to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Understanding and commitment to safety practices and proper PPE usage.
