We're hiring Order Pickers for our Minneapolis, Minnesota location! This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fast-paced logistics environment where accuracy and efficiency are key. As an Order Picker, you'll be responsible for accurately selecting items from our warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. You will utilize RF scanning technology and follow detailed pick lists. This role requires you to be on your feet for extended periods, perform frequent lifting, and maintain a high level of attention to detail. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders and pick lists.
- Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and order fulfillment status.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Pack picked items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock replenishment activities.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Meet individual and team productivity targets.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for an entire shift.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic warehouse environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Understanding of warehouse safety best practices and the importance of PPE.
