Join our vibrant team as a Warehouse Worker in the heart of San Francisco, California! We are looking for hardworking and reliable individuals to support our dynamic warehouse operations. This role encompasses a wide range of essential tasks, including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and staging orders for delivery, and maintaining inventory. You will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient and safe movement of goods, contributing significantly to our logistics network. - Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders.
- Receive and process incoming warehouse stock and materials.
- Organize and store inventory in designated locations.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock reconciliation.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification a plus).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks.
- Support overall logistics efficiency and workflow.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team atmosphere.
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a warehouse environment is advantageous. Must be capable of performing physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs, standing for long hours, and bending. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment. Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team. Understanding of basic warehouse safety procedures and logistics principles. Must possess a strong work ethic, be reliable, and punctual. Excellent communication skills are beneficial.
