Job Summary:
We are hiring a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This dynamic role involves a variety of warehouse tasks essential to our supply chain and logistics operations. You will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping orders, and managing warehouse inventory. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual with a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to workplace safety. You must be comfortable performing tasks that require physical exertion, including frequent Lifting and moving of goods. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital part in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our operations. We prioritize a safe working environment, and strict adherence to all safety guidelines, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is expected. This position requires the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. You will be handling various types of products, so accuracy in picking, packing, and inventory counts is crucial. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
  • Pick products according to order specifications.
  • Pack orders securely for shipment.
  • Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
  • Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
  • Report any stock discrepancies or damages immediately.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or related field is a plus.
  • Ability to perform frequent Lifting (up to 45 lbs).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and the proper use of PPE.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Good physical stamina and dexterity.
