Join our team as a Warehouse Associate in Kansas City, Missouri! We are looking for hardworking and motivated individuals to assist with various warehouse tasks, contributing to the seamless flow of our Logistics operations. This role involves receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping materials. If you are a team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to Safety, this position is ideal for you.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer specifications.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and audits.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and Safety regulations.
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Perform duties involving Lifting of boxes and other materials, following safe lifting practices.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks.
- Proficiency in basic math and reading skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime.
- Understanding of basic Logistics and warehouse functions.
- Must be able to handle tasks requiring Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to all protocols.
