Our rapidly expanding logistics facility in Phoenix, Arizona, is looking for a motivated Shipping & Receiving Associate. This critical role involves managing the inbound and outbound flow of goods, ensuring accurate inventory counts, and maintaining the efficiency of our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for unloading trucks, verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders, stocking received goods, and preparing outgoing shipments. A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills are paramount. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication abilities, is proficient in using warehouse equipment, and has a solid understanding of shipping and receiving procedures. Safety is our top priority; therefore, adherence to all safety regulations and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is non-negotiable. Responsibilities include operating forklifts and pallet jacks safely, maintaining accurate receiving and shipping records, coordinating with carriers, and managing warehouse inventory levels. You will also be responsible for conducting regular inventory audits and resolving any discrepancies. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks involving Lifting of various weights.
