Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Stock and organize inventory within the distribution center using appropriate equipment.
- Accurately pick orders based on customer requirements, ensuring correct items and quantities.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment, meeting quality standards.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks, verifying manifests.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to **safety** protocols.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
- Wear appropriate **PPE** at all times when required by task or company policy.
- Must be able to perform **Lifting** tasks up to 60 lbs regularly.
- Contribute to the smooth operation of our **Logistics** network.
- Uphold company standards for **safety** and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred. Ability to operate material handling equipment. Basic math and reading skills. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts. Must be able to perform **Lifting** of up to 60 lbs. Knowledge of **PPE** and **safety** procedures is required. This role is crucial for our **logistics** supply chain.
