Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure stock accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes.
  • Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment orders as needed.
  • Implement and maintain inventory control procedures and best practices.
  • Ensure proper labeling and storage of all inventory items.
  • Manage the return process for damaged or incorrect items.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize stock rotation and minimize obsolescence.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements and status.
  • Prepare inventory reports for management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including the use of appropriate PPE.
  • Participate in audits and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
  • Proficiency with inventory management software and WMS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including moderate Lifting.
  • Familiarity with Safety protocols and procedures.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable using RF scanners and other warehouse technology.
