We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Worker to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role involves a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping goods. You will contribute to the efficient operation of our warehouse and the smooth flow of our logistics processes. The ideal candidate is physically capable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow all Safety procedures and guidelines.
- Perform tasks that involve regular Lifting and physical activity.
- Ensure the proper use and availability of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals.
- Support overall logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Understanding of Safety protocols and willingness to follow them.
- Familiarity with PPE and its importance.
