Join our fast-paced fulfillment center in Provo, Utah as a Fulfillment Associate! We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. This role is critical to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will work closely with our logistics team to maintain efficient operations and uphold our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using a scanner or pick list.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring items are protected during transit.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Adhere to all company policies and Safety guidelines.
- Meet productivity and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Perform tasks that involve frequent Lifting and movement.
- Ensure proper use of provided PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand order information.
- Basic math skills for order verification.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be able to perform tasks involving significant Lifting, typically up to 30-50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Willingness to follow Safety procedures and wear PPE.
