Job Summary:
Join our dynamic logistics team in Seattle, Washington, as a Material Handler! We are seeking motivated individuals to ensure the smooth operation of our warehouse. Your role as a Material Handler is essential to our supply chain, involving the receiving, storing, and distributing of goods. You will be responsible for handling materials with care, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring a safe and organized workspace. This position requires physical dexterity, a strong understanding of warehouse operations, and a commitment to safety protocols. We pride ourselves on efficient logistics and reliable service, and your contribution as a Material Handler will be key to our ongoing success in the Seattle metropolitan area. You will work closely with team members to meet daily operational goals and uphold our high standards of quality and efficiency. Experience with pallet jacks and similar equipment is beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, sort, and store incoming inventory.
  • Move materials throughout the warehouse using appropriate equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks).
  • Prepare materials for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper packaging.
  • Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
  • Operate under strict adherence to all safety guidelines and company policies, including the proper use of PPE .
  • Contribute to efficient logistics by ensuring timely movement of goods.
  • Perform manual lifting of items up to 50 lbs as required.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory data.
  • Respond promptly to requests from supervisors and other departments.

Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse or material handling experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Physical capability to handle manual labor, including standing, walking, and lifting.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Reliable and punctual attendance.
