Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order lists or scanner readouts.
- Inspect picked items for damage or defects before packing.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Label packages correctly for shipment, including necessary documentation.
- Operate packing equipment and machinery safely.
- Maintain organized and clean workstations and surrounding areas.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team members to meet picking and packing targets.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the logistics team.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment role is a plus.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capacity for lifting items up to 40 lbs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and basic logistics concepts.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to safety procedures and the proper use of PPE.
