Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities and staff.
- Manage inventory levels and oversee stock rotation.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage procedures.
- Ensure efficient and accurate order picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- Train and mentor warehouse associates on operational procedures and safety.
- Implement and enforce safety policies, ensuring proper use of PPE.
- Coordinate with transportation and other departments to ensure smooth logistics flow.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse operations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and address any hazards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision or management.
- Strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain, and inventory control systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS).
- Commitment to fostering a strong safety culture and ensuring adherence to PPE requirements.
