Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency.
- Receive, unpack, and stock incoming inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate manual equipment like pallet jacks and hand trucks to move goods.
- Assist with inventory counts and maintaining organization within the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment, adhering to all Safety standards.
- Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Follow detailed instructions for order fulfillment and warehouse procedures.
- Contribute to team efforts and collaborate with colleagues to achieve operational goals.
- Perform tasks involving lifting and carrying items, using safe lifting techniques.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and be physically active for the duration of the shift.
- Capability to perform tasks involving frequent lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Willingness to learn new processes and follow instructions.
- Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse Safety practices.
