Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves using order lists or scanning technology.
- Inspect products for quality and verify quantities before packing.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory verification as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily fulfillment targets and deadlines.
- Follow all warehouse logistics and shipping procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, packing, or fulfillment role is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand order forms and product information.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety standards is a plus.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Basic understanding of logistics operations.
