The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team. A strong emphasis is placed on Safety ; you will be required to wear all designated PPE and adhere strictly to safety protocols. This position requires physical stamina and involves regular Lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs. A foundational knowledge of Logistics is beneficial. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and wear required PPE .
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the distribution center's Logistics .
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals.
- Perform tasks involving regular Lifting and material handling.
