We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our warehouse operations. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving and stocking incoming inventory, picking and packing orders for shipment, and maintaining the overall organization and cleanliness of the warehouse. You will operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required or provided). A strong commitment to Safety is paramount, and you will be required to wear all necessary PPE and follow strict safety guidelines. This position involves frequent physical activity, including regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Experience in a warehouse environment and a basic understanding of Logistics principles are beneficial. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for outbound shipment.
- Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling and cycle counts.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Adhere to all company Safety procedures and wear required PPE .
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Support the broader Logistics network.
- Perform tasks that involve routine Lifting and moving of goods.
