Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves using scanning technology.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection.
- Sort and stage outgoing shipments for carrier pickup.
- Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards.
- Perform tasks involving regular Lifting and moving of merchandise.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics role is highly preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and frequent Lifting.
- Must be able to handle Lifting requirements up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety procedures.
