This position is integral to our logistics network, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and efficiently from receipt to shipment. Your responsibilities will include receiving goods, picking items from inventory, packing them securely, and preparing them for dispatch. We emphasize a strong Safety culture, providing all necessary PPE and robust training to ensure a secure working environment. The role requires physical engagement, including regular Lifting of products, and a commitment to precision in every task. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick products based on order requirements.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Label shipments correctly and prepare them for outgoing logistics.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly.
- Maintain the integrity of inventory through careful handling and system updates.
- Keep the work environment clean, orderly, and compliant with Safety regulations.
- Wear and maintain all required PPE throughout your shift.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
- Follow all Lifting best practices to prevent injury.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is a plus.
- Ability to lift and maneuver items up to 45 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse Safety protocols.
- Willingness to adhere to all PPE requirements.
- Ability to work flexible hours if needed.
