We are looking for enthusiastic Picker/Packers to join our growing team in San Diego, California. In this role, you will be instrumental in fulfilling customer orders with speed and accuracy. Your primary responsibilities will involve accurately picking items from warehouse shelves and then carefully packing them for shipment. This position requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to work efficiently, and a commitment to maintaining a safe workspace. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from designated locations within the warehouse using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure order accuracy before packing.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information and tracking numbers.
- Stage packed orders for shipment.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock rotation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
- Adhere to all **Safety** guidelines and procedures, including the proper use of **PPE**.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a picker or packer is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
- Capable of **Lifting** items up to 30 lbs.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Understanding of warehouse **Logistics** and inventory control principles is beneficial.
