In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive their orders quickly and accurately. You'll work with cutting-edge technology and a supportive team to manage a high volume of products. Responsibilities include receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and packing orders efficiently, and preparing shipments for delivery. We are committed to maintaining a safe and productive workplace, so strict adherence to Safety guidelines and proper use of PPE is expected. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and put away incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanning devices.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product integrity.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, applying appropriate labels and documentation.
- Conduct regular quality checks on products and inventory.
- Operate material handling equipment safely (training available).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work stations and the warehouse floor.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Follow all Safety regulations and procedures.
Requirements:
- Must be able to handle frequent Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for an entire shift.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Must wear required PPE, including safety shoes and vests.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Passion for contributing to efficient logistics operations.
