In this vital role, you will be responsible for locating products within our warehouse, verifying order details, and preparing items for shipment. You'll utilize advanced RF scanning technology to optimize your picking process and maintain inventory accuracy. A high level of attention to detail is essential to ensure customer satisfaction. Safety is our top priority, and all employees are required to adhere to stringent safety protocols and utilize all provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position demands physical capability, including consistent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs, and requires extended periods of standing and walking throughout the day. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and stage orders for shipment.
- Operate RF scanners to locate and confirm inventory.
- Check product specifications and quantities against order tickets.
- Ensure all picked items are properly handled and prepared.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety guidelines and use of PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in order picking or warehouse operations is advantageous.
- Physical ability to handle frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs) and stand/walk for long durations.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory control.
- Commitment to Safety and proper use of PPE.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
