Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick items from storage locations to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack orders carefully and efficiently for safe transit.
- Stage outgoing shipments and assist with loading trucks.
- Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment.
- Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Participate in inventory control activities, including cycle counts.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for long periods, walking, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and best practices.
- Knowledge of safe lifting techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Reliability and punctuality.
