This role is fundamental to our *Logistics* operations, ensuring that our products reach customers in perfect condition and on time. You will be responsible for picking items from warehouse shelves, verifying order accuracy, packing items securely for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. This position requires physical stamina, including frequent *Lifting* of items up to 40 pounds and standing for extended periods. A strong emphasis on *Safety* is critical, and you will be expected to adhere strictly to all *Safety* guidelines and use the appropriate *PPE*. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order specifications.
- Verify product and quantity accuracy before packing.
- Pack items securely using appropriate materials and methods.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including applying labels.
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through proper picking procedures.
- Keep work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere to all company *Safety* rules and procedures.
- Wear required *PPE* at all times.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring moderate *Lifting* (up to 40 lbs).
- Basic understanding of warehouse *Logistics*.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Commitment to workplace *Safety* and the use of *PPE*.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
