We are hiring enthusiastic Warehouse Associates for our Milwaukee, Wisconsin location. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, involving a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our warehouse. You will be involved in receiving and putting away stock, picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate is physically fit, detail-oriented, and committed to upholding our high safety standards, including the consistent use of PPE. This position requires the ability to perform repetitive tasks, including regular lifting, and work collaboratively within a team. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and put away incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Pack orders securely for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and storage areas.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and utilize required PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Support overall warehouse and logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or manual labor experience preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse procedures and safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work varied shifts and overtime as needed.
