We are hiring dependable Warehouse Workers for our facility in Durham, North Carolina. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in various aspects of our warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. This role is fundamental to our daily Logistics and requires individuals who are reliable, efficient, and possess a strong commitment to accuracy. You will work as part of a team to ensure that products are handled correctly and that orders are processed efficiently. Maintaining a safe work environment is a top priority, and all team members are expected to follow strict Safety procedures and wear the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE ) at all times. This position involves significant physical activity, such as standing, walking, bending, and frequently Lifting items up to 50 lbs. We offer competitive pay and a supportive work culture. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
- Prepare orders for shipment and load them onto outgoing vehicles.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Follow all company Safety policies and practices.
- Wear and utilize all required PPE .
- Participate in team efforts, including Lifting and moving inventory.
- Support efficient warehouse and Logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for long periods and regular Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to adhere to all Safety guidelines.
- Must wear and use provided PPE .
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics .
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills.
