Are you looking for a dynamic role in Sacramento, California? We are seeking dedicated Order Pickers to join our fast-paced warehouse team. As an Order Picker, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your main duties will involve efficiently locating, retrieving, and preparing items from our inventory for shipment. This role demands precision, speed, and a keen eye for detail to maintain high levels of order accuracy. You will utilize warehouse equipment, such as scanners, to track inventory and fulfill orders. Adherence to all Safety regulations and the consistent use of personal protective equipment (PPE ) are mandatory to ensure a secure working environment. The job requires regular physical activity, including standing, walking, and the ability to handle Lifting of products up to 45 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick customer orders from designated warehouse locations.
- Use RF scanners to accurately track inventory movements.
- Verify product details to ensure order correctness.
- Prepare picked items for the packing and shipping departments.
- Maintain tidiness and organization in your assigned work area.
- Report any stock discrepancies or damages encountered.
- Follow all established Safety protocols.
- Wear and maintain all required PPE .
- Assist with Lifting and maneuvering of merchandise.
- Contribute to the smooth functioning of warehouse Logistics .
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in order picking or warehouse environments is desirable.
- Ability to read and understand order fulfillment instructions.
- Skilled in operating RF scanning equipment.
- Physical capacity for standing, walking, and performing regular Lifting (up to 45 lbs).
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to guidelines.
- Willingness to utilize all necessary PPE .
- Familiarity with basic Logistics concepts is beneficial.
