Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
  • Sort and stock merchandise accurately into designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency using order sheets or scanners.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and documentation.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks (certification may be required).
  • Maintain the cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of the warehouse, including aisles and common areas.
  • Comply with all Safety regulations, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Participate in inventory counts and help maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Assist with various logistics tasks as needed to support warehouse operations.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals.

Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform significant Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and protocols.
  • Knowledge of basic logistics and inventory management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
