Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Sort and stock merchandise accurately into designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency using order sheets or scanners.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks (certification may be required).
- Maintain the cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of the warehouse, including aisles and common areas.
- Comply with all Safety regulations, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory counts and help maintain inventory accuracy.
- Assist with various logistics tasks as needed to support warehouse operations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is advantageous.
- Ability to perform significant Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and protocols.
- Knowledge of basic logistics and inventory management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- High school diploma or GED required.
