Job Summary:
Our facility in Boise, Idaho, is looking for a skilled Warehouse Technician to maintain and improve our warehouse infrastructure and equipment. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth and safe operation of our logistics hub. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and assisting with the installation of new systems. A strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical components, and general warehouse Safety practices is required. The Warehouse Technician will play a key role in minimizing downtime and maximizing operational efficiency. Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance on warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, conveyor belts, racking systems).
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Assist with the installation of new equipment and warehouse systems.
  • Ensure all equipment is operated safely and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized maintenance area.
  • Adhere to all Safety regulations and company policies, including proper use of PPE.
  • Conduct regular Safety inspections of the warehouse facilities.
  • Support Logistics operations by ensuring equipment reliability.
  • Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed, including some Lifting.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in a relevant field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in a warehouse or industrial setting.
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Familiarity with warehouse Safety standards and procedures.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Logistics equipment is a plus.
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks, including Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
