We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our bustling warehouse in San Diego, California. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer orders are accurately and efficiently processed from start to finish. Your responsibilities will encompass picking items from inventory, meticulous packing, and preparing orders for shipment. This role demands a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment. Physical stamina is necessary, as the role involves frequent lifting, standing, and movement throughout the warehouse. Adherence to all safety standards and the mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is non-negotiable. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items according to customer order specifications.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Carefully and efficiently pack orders using appropriate materials.
- Label packages correctly for shipping services.
- Stage packed orders for carrier pick-up.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Follow all established safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Meet productivity and quality goals consistently.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock put-away.
- Report any order discrepancies or issues to supervisors promptly.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our logistics operations.
- Perform other warehouse duties as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in fulfillment, picking, or packing is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work quickly and meet performance targets.
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
- Understanding of warehouse safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
