We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our dynamic logistics team in Boise, Idaho. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting products from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. This role is crucial to our operations, ensuring that our customers receive the correct items in a timely manner. You will work closely with other warehouse staff to maintain an organized and productive environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting and enjoy physical work. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy are paramount for success in this position. You will be trained on our inventory management system and picking procedures to ensure you have the skills needed to excel.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using a voice-picking system or handheld scanner.
- Locate and retrieve products from designated warehouse locations.
- Verify product codes and quantities against order slips.
- Stage picked orders for packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory counts as needed.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Commitment to workplace Safety.
