We are hiring an Order Picker for our Seattle, Washington distribution center. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists, ensuring all items are accounted for and prepared for shipment. Your efficiency and accuracy directly impact our Logistics operations and customer satisfaction. You will work within a dynamic warehouse environment, requiring physical stamina and a keen eye for detail. Safety is our top priority; therefore, adherence to all Safety protocols and the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required. This position involves considerable walking and frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. - Accurately picking customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Verifying product identity and quantities against order details.
- Transporting picked items to the packing or staging area.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Following all warehouse Safety rules and procedures.
- Wearing and utilizing appropriate PPE as instructed.
- Adhering to all company Lifting policies and guidelines.
- Collaborating with other warehouse associates to achieve daily targets.
- Reporting any stock discrepancies or equipment issues immediately.
- Contributing to efficient Logistics and order fulfillment processes.
- Performing other warehouse duties as assigned.
