Lead in the development, review and coordination of program documentation, briefings, reports, correspondence, contact, contract modifications, technical instructions, technical procedures or related material. Analyze and track project budgets, schedules and deliverables. Develop and implement new business strategies and opportunities.
*Main Duties/responsibilities: *
Provide administrative and technical oversight in the completion of multiple contracts, including responsibility for cost, schedule and overall performance. Monitor fulfillment of contract requirements to ensure quality and timeliness of services and deliverables to various customers. Supervise, coordinate, manage and review the work of staff and/or sub-contracts. Provide technical/professional advice and knowledge to others within the various administrative areas and discipline. Interface with customers on a regular basis for support of engineering and program management activities. Participate in business development including identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies, preparing cost estimates and managing proposal development.
*System or Equipment used:*
Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Suite. Background screening includes previous employment, education, criminal history, and driving record verification.
*Communication: *
Must have an excellent command of both the verbal and oral English language. Will be expected to lead in-house and customer meetings and presentations.
*Physical demands of the job:*
While performing duties of this job, one will be required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands & arms, climb or balance, stoop or kneel, talk & hear, use fingers & hands to feel objects, tools or controls. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, depth perceptions & the ability to adjust focus.
*Knowledge, Training, and Experience required*:
This is an interdisciplinary position. Professional knowledge & an engineering degree in one or more of the following disciplines: Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering. In addition to the professional knowledge in one discipline, broad knowledge of the other discipline is desired. 4-year Engineering or Engineering Technology degrees from an accredited college or university recognized by the Department of Education are acceptable to meet these education requirements. Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) programs and a fundamental understanding of DoD acquisition required.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
