Academic/Faculty/Research Physician

Join a Hospitalist team expanding outside New York City in Rockland County. You will be part of an established physician-driven management group with hospitalist and ER contracts.

DAYS:
Shifts are 8 am - 8 pm (2 hospitalists on during the day)
7x7 block schedule

NIGHTS:
Shifts are 8pm-8am (with midlevel support)
Nocturnists = 10-12 admissions per night
midlevels take house call

BOTH:
IM, FP, or Med/Ped training

Ability to perform procedures is preferred but required

Open ICU; full subspecialty support

Codes and Rapid Responses

EPIC is the EMR

Hourly rate based on experience plus incentive bonus

1 week paid CME + allowance

Vacation - 2 weeks to start. 3 weeks after 2 nd year of employment

Occurrence malpractice policy paid by company
