ISP is building the next generation of campaign finance and political compliance software for state and local governments. As Product Manager, you will help drive the development of this platform for a major government client.
In major projects, there are many moving parts. ISP needs someone to keep all the various gears clicking in sync and ensure the project is successful and delivered on time. The Project Manager role will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating with the executive team, development, compliance, and client stakeholders.
The Project Manager will lead the process, keep everyone aligned, and make sure the project keeps moving forward.
*Responsibilities*
* Provide clear work specification (stories) to developers
* Track project progress and identify risks or delays early
* Facilitate communication between technical teams and government stakeholders
* Help organize product requirements and feature priorities
* Help guide future product work as new projects arise

* Exceptional organizational skills
* Strong ability to manage complex projects with multiple moving parts
* Clear written and verbal communication
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
* Strong attention to detail
* Comfortable coordinating work between technical and non-technical stakeholders

* Experience working with software development teams
* Experience with government technology or regulated industries
* Experience with SaaS products or platform development

*Compensation and Logistics*
Salary: $80,000+ depending on experience and qualifications.
This is a full-time remote position. Includes 401k, PTO.
Candidates must have a secure and reliable internet connection and the ability to work effectively in a distributed team.
