BB-Builders Pro is a fast-growing, process-driven residential remodeling company known for delivering high-quality projects with exceptional client communication and systemized project management. We're seeking a skilled and reliable Project Manager to lead residential remodeling projects from handoff through final completion.

About the Role

As a Field Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing 5–6 active remodeling projects, coordinating all subcontractors and materials, maintaining jobsite professionalism, and ensuring a smooth client experience from start to finish. You will use Buildertrend daily to manage schedules, job costing, documentation, and communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the execution of each assigned project from kickoff to closeout
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, inspections, and deliveries
• Maintain project schedules and update them in Buildertrend
• Track and manage project budgets, POs, and change orders
• Ensure all jobsites meet cleanliness and protection standards
• Conduct client walkthroughs at each project milestone
• Upload daily logs, photos, and documentation in Buildertrend
• Communicate clearly and proactively with clients and the internal team
• Identify issues early and escalate red flags to the Operations Manager
• Ensure punch lists are completed and final handoffs are smooth

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of residential construction or remodeling project management experience
• In-depth understanding of construction phases (demo, framing, MEPs, finish, etc.)
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and vendors
• Proficiency with Buildertrend or similar project management software
• Strong attention to detail and jobsite organization
• Professional communication skills—both written and verbal
• Ability to read scopes of work, plans, and product specifications
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Able to walk job sites, lift materials, and conduct physical site reviews

Preferred Qualities

• Previous experience in high-end residential remodeling
• Track record of managing multiple jobs at once
• Experience with client-facing communication
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
