Project Manager - Mission‐Critical Infrastructure

Job Description

We are Now Hiring a Mission Critical-Infrastructure Project Manager will take ownership of all phases of project execution—from estimating and scheduling to procurement, logistics, budgeting, and final delivery.

This individual will work closely with internal leadership to help expand service capabilities, refine operational processes, and support the continued growth of the service fleet. A deep understanding of mission‐critical facility standards, equipment, and workflows is essential for success.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct cross‐functional teams, including engineering, logistics, and vendor partners, to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and within budget.
• Maintain financial control of each project; identify potential cost risks early and implement corrective actions to protect project profitability.
• Collaborate with customers during the proposal and planning stages to define technical requirements, develop scopes of work, and support business development efforts.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring proper lead times, documentation, and coordination with vendors.
• Uphold quality standards and ensure all project deliverables meet customer expectations and industry requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working in mission‐critical environments (data centers, healthcare facilities, power systems, or similar).
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Proven skill in transforming technical requirements into detailed scopes of work, proposals, and project plans.
• Comfortable operating in a rapidly expanding organization and contributing to sustained growth.
• Knowledge of power and cooling equipment commonly used in data centers and other high‐reliability environments.
